From summer time mountain biking adventures, to powder-perfect skiing and riding – we’ve got something for everyone at Bogus. And as a non-profit mountain, every dollar goes towards expanding and improving your experience, every single year.

Ready for an action-packed summer at your local mountain? We’ve got tons of summer activities fit for anyone, from the go-getters to the peaceful pace-setters. Plus, we invite the community to the mountain for over 60 free events scheduled through Labor Day weekend!

Base Area Activities
Explore a variety of mountain activities, all within the beauty of nature – from rock climbing, to summer tubing, to our bungee trampoline, you can find fun for the whole family!
Scenic Chairlifts
Take in the views and fresh air as you ride up the Morning Star Express or Deer Point Express chairlift. Once at the top, you are free to wander!
The Glade Runner
As the only mountain coaster in the state of Idaho, this exhilarating attraction is a unique chance to experience 4,330 feet of high speed, twisting and turning, screaming and cheering through the woods!
The Mineshaft
Reach new heights on this sky-high playground, standing 55 feet tall with 3 levels of challenges. Features range from easy to difficult as you move throughout and up the course. This is the perfect activity for high-altitude adventure seekers!
The Basin Gravity Park
Access 10 flowing free-ride trails and 9 twisting technical trails featuring a variety of high-banked berms, organic obstacles, and machine-cut jumps. Beginner or expert, slow or fast – let gravity take you through the trees of Idaho’s fastest-growing bike park.
Two Deer Disc Golf
Test your frisbee trick shot skills at Bogus Basin’s new summer attraction. A Technically challenging 18-hole mountain disc golf course!
Cross Country MTB
Follow the contours of the mountain on these single-track natural trails flowing around switchbacks and through hills. With over 20 miles of trails, there is terrain for everyone. Don’t forget to stop and enjoy the views!

Whether you need a break from the city, or you are having a family outing, Bogus Basin is an affordable and accessible place to connect with nature.

A pastime enjoyed by millions of people annually! Our community mountain has 10 lifts serving 88 runs, across 2,600 acres of terrain, providing 1,800 true vertical feet of skiing.
