The non-profit will host its annual Bogus Basin Job Fair on October 14th, 2023 at the downtown sales office in Boise

Boise, Idaho – October 11, 2023 – Bogus Basin is hiring for the upcoming 2023/24 winter season. The non-profit recreation area seeks 500 individuals to join its team in providing exceptional winter experiences for the community.

As part of this hiring effort, Bogus Basin’s job fair is planned for Saturday, October 14th, 2023, from 11:00 am to 1:00 pm at Bogus Basin’s downtown sales office, 2600 N. Bogus Basin Road. The job fair is a great opportunity for prospective employees to learn about the various positions available, meet hiring managers, and hear about the benefits of working for Bogus Basin.

Employees are eligible for a range of benefits, including an all-access winter season pass, free transportation to/from the mountain, discounts on food & beverage items, lessons, equipment rentals and retail merchandise. Available positions include lift operators, ticket sales associates, ski and snowboard instructors, rental shop technicians, and more. Bogus Basin continues to expand its snowmaking system and is also seeking a full-time Snowmaking Manager, a year-round position.

Opened in 1942, Bogus Basin winter operations offer 2,600 acres of daytime skiable terrain and 200+ acres for night skiing; eleven lifts – including four high-speed quads – and three people-mover surface lifts; an 800-foot tubing hill. The Nordic Center offers 37 kilometers of groomed trails. Environmental education and community outreach programs serve over 20,000 individuals annually, primarily youth.
