For those of you who missed out on purchasing a season pass but are itching to ride more than a few times this season, we would like to introduce the Bogus Basin Flex Passes! These Flex Passes are part of a special Bogus Basin Black Friday Flash Sale, which goes live today, November 24th, 2023. Quantities of flex passes are limited, so get yours before they’re gone!
What is a flex pass?
Our Flex Passes offer multi-day access to ride at Bogus Basin. Flex Passes are issued on guest-specific RFID media that scans at all gates around the mountain. Once in possession, your RFID media pass is reloadable for five years, including for separate season passes and/or tickets. Reloading RFID media saves you time, money, and plastic! This new category of pass is valid from open to close on redemption days and comes in two varieties – Any Four Flex Pass & Holiday Three-Peat Flex Pass! Both types of Flex Pass are non-transferable and only redeemable by the named guest. Neither pass requires reserving your day in advance; just show up and head straight to the lift with your RFID media. Your Flex Pass media can be picked up at the Simplot Ticket Office or the Downtown Sales Office located here. You are required to have a current photo, email, and signed 2023/24 Winter liability waiver on file. Unused days do not roll over to the next season and can not be redeemed by anyone other than the named guest.
Both Flex Passes have a very limited quantity available and we anticipate them to sell very quickly – make sure to purchase yours while they are available during the Bogus Basin Black Friday Sale! This sale starts at 10 am on Black Friday (11/24/2023) and continues until 8 pm on Cyber Monday (11/27/2023), or until all flex passes are sold – whichever comes first.
Holiday Three-Peat Flex pass
The Holiday Three-Peat Flex Pass offers three (3) days during Bogus Basin’s holiday periods. The Holiday Three-Peat Flex Pass. days are redeemable from December 22nd 2023 through January 7th 2024, January 15th 2024, and February 19th 2024.
Any Four Flex Pass
The Any Four Flex Pass offers four (4) days at Bogus Basin without blackout dates! Any Four Flex pass holders can ski or ride at Bogus Basin from the time of purchase to closing day of the 2023/24 season.

About Bogus Basin
Opened in 1942, Bogus Basin winter operations offer 2,600 acres of daytime skiable terrain and 200+ acres for night skiing; eleven lifts – including four high-speed quads – and three people-mover surface lifts; an 800-foot tubing hill. The Nordic Center offers 37 kilometers of groomed trails. Environmental education and community outreach programs serve over 20,000 individuals annually, primarily youth. Bogus Basin is located 16.5 miles north of Boise, Idaho, and operates under a special use permit with the Boise National Forest.
Bogus Basin Mountain Recreation Area is one of the largest non-profit recreation areas in the country. It is a 501(c)(3) organization dedicated to engaging the community to provide accessible, affordable, and fun year-round mountain recreation and education. Bogus Basin summer activities include a challenge course, mountain coaster, summer tubing, climbing wall, bungee trampoline, gem panning station, The Basin Gravity Park, cross-country mountain biking and hiking, free community events and educational programs, chairlift service to access hiking and biking trails, and guided nature hikes.
