Jamie Lange is a 200-hour certified yoga teacher and a licensed professional counselor (LPC), Nationally Certified Counselor (NCC). Jamie has a Master’s degree in Mental Health Counseling as well in communication. She brings the philosophy of therapy into her yoga teaching, where the mind, body, and spirit are the source of healing and connecting. She believes that how we move our bodies, talk to our bodies, heal our bodies, and have FUN with our bodies, can and will heal each other and the world. So please join her on the mountain for some healing, strengthening, and fun!

Youth Nature Hike

Bogus Basin Mountain Recreation Area Idaho

Drop off your child with Bogus Basin’s nature guides for an hour long youth program (nature bingo, nature art & more) while you hit the lawn for a peaceful morning of yoga. Meet on the lawn near yoga check-in. Pre-registration is not required. Parent/Guardian must sign an activity release waiver for their child.

INTRO TO BOGUS – SCENIC NATURE TOUR

Take a scenic chair ride to the top of Deer Point for a short walk where you’ll learn about Bogus Basin, the surrounding landscapes, and the plant & animals that call this place home. Perfect for families with children or those new to the area wanting a broad overview of what the mountain has to offer. Registration is required and the fee includes your lift ticket for the chairlift. The tour group meets at the J.R. Simplot Lodge Base Area.

Guided Nature Hike

Bogus Basin Mountain Recreation Area Idaho

Join Bogus Basin’s weekend nature guides for a hike on one of the mountain’s many multi-use trails. Come learn about the flora, fauna, ecology, geology and everything in between. All hikes will start with a ride up a chairlift with a foot decent back to the base area. Participants should expect to hike between 2 to 3.5 miles. Please come prepared for the outing with proper footwear, clothing, water, snacks and sunscreen. Registration is required and the fee includes your lift ticket for the chairlift. Hiking group will meet in the J.R. Simplot Lodge Base Area.
