WHAT
Join us for the Yoga on the Mountain summer series! This summer, Bogus Basin and Yoga for Life are partnering to offer free yoga classes every week. Pack a yoga mat, water, and sunscreen, and get ready to stretch it out in the fresh mountain air. Stick around after a class for a mellow hike, scenic chairlift ride, bike ride, or lunch at the Bogus Creek Grill or Double R Ranch.
When & Where
Meet us for Yoga on the Mountain on the lawn in front of the J.R. Simplot Lodge on Saturday and Sunday mornings, weather permitting.
Meet Your Instructor
Laura Minogue | I believe each time you come to the mat is a unique opportunity for exploration of breath, movement, and the nurturing of the mind-body-soul connection. I strive to provide a warm and inclusive space that allows students to focus on quieting the chatter of the mind and focusing on intentions that are meaningful to them – on and off the mat. I teach predominantly in the vinyasa yoga style. I pay close attention to the energy level and experience of my students when establishing the pace and difficulty of the class. I offer modifications for poses to support students in having a safe, beneficial, and rewarding practice.
