“Winter in the mountains is a unique way to connect with friends, family, and colleagues. Whether you’re on the tubing hill, riding the chairlifts, or warming up in the lodge, the setting and the scenery make time together easy.”

Colette Wright, Groups Sales Manager at Bogus Basin

With venue space filling quickly during the peak holiday season, mountain officials advise booking early to secure preferred dates.

Winter Event Venues

Groups can choose from a selection of indoor and outdoor venues at Bogus Basin to elevate their winter events.

Fill the Hill: The popular 800-foot tubing hill at Bogus Basin works for groups of any size.

Groups of 15 people or more receive 20% off 1.5-hour tubing tickets, and larger parties can reserve the hill exclusively for 1.5 hours with a bonfire, hot chocolate packages, and s’mores kits readily available.

“The Tubing hill never fails us! It is always so re-enforcing to the efforts to build community using local resources.”

Brad Blair, Special Programs Director at Mission 43

Upper View Pioneer Lodge: Groups seeking a private indoor venue can book the Upper View on the third floor of the newly renovated Pioneer Lodge. The space pairs seamlessly with ski and snowboard packages, and features premium event upgrades including custom catering options, bar service, and AV.

The Outpost, coming January: This new 10,000-square-foot mid-mountain space blends indoor and outdoor areas and accommodates up to 200 guests. This winter, it’s available for corporate gatherings, holiday parties, and private celebrations, with full food and beverage service.

Revenue generated through group events helps support Bogus Basin’s mission to provide affordable, year-round recreation to the Treasure Valley community.
