The Bogus Basin Ski Patrol would like to invite all interested Bogus Basin Recreation Association members and friends to the 2022 Bogus Basin Ski Patrol, Final Sweep Memorial Ceremony.The Bogus Basin Ski Patrol is honoring 15 of our passed patrollers, including Terry Lofsvold, who was also a former General Manager of Bogus Basin.This ceremony will be held on Sunday, March 27th, on the patio in front of the Bogus Basin Simplot Lodge. We have asked that family and friends start gathering on the patio at 3:00 PM. The Final Sweep parade will commence at approximately 5:00 PM, once all the normal mountain responsibilities have been met (that is, Night Operations will not be in effect, Bogus Basin Operations will close at 4:30 PM, with a normal full mountain sweep after that).Friends and family members of the passed patrollers are invited to participate in the final sweep parade. Those wanting to do so should be at the top of Deer Point Chair prior to 4:30pm and meet near the top of Upper Ridge run to assemble for the ceremonial final sweep.
