SheJumps x Bogus Basin I Wild Skills Junior Ski Patrol

Junior Ski Patrol event skiing down mountain

February 25 @ 9:00 AM 4:00 PM

Girls will learn mountain safety and first aid while working with the strong women of Bogus Basin Ski Patrol. This event is intended for intermediate to expert skiers/snowboarders ages 8-14.
This SheJumps Wild Skills event is structured as a full-day camp experience. Parents/legal guardians drop off participants for the day, who are then split into teams based on their skier ability. Throughout the day, participants are taught a range of outdoor skills that are utilized by ski patrollers to keep the mountain safe. Topics may include first aid, avalanche control, snow science, weather stations, toboggans, rescue techniques, and much more. Let’s not forget plenty of snack breaks, high fives, and unicorns delivering hot cocoa!

Special thank you to Anderson Construction for sponsoring the event!
