The annual Bogus Basin Pond Skim is back! Bring your fun outfits, crazy costumes, wacky get up and stoke for a day of spring fun on the mountain!
Before hitting the pond, gather your crew and capture some memories at our FREE photo booth situated on the upper patio of the J.R. Simplot Lodge, available from 12 pm to 3 pm!
All 2023/24 Winter and Nordic Pass Holders are welcome to ride on April 20th and April 21st.
Day tickets are available to purchase online and in person at the Mountain Ticket Office.
Don’t forget to enter the raffle to win one of two (2) historic Bitterroot Chairs! Tickets will be for sale (cash only) in person in the ICCU Base Area Plaza from 11 am – 2 pm.
When & Where
- The Pond Skim happens in the base area from 1 pm until 3 pm
- Lifts are spinning Saturday 9 am – 4:30 pm
- Music and festivities take place in the ICCU Base Area Plaza, in front of the J.R. Simplot Lodge
- Pond skim participants are limited to 150, and only one “skim or swim” per participant
- Registration 3rd Floor of the J.R. Simplot Lodge starting at 8:30 am until all slots are full or 10 am (whichever happens first)
- Must be present to register, and all participants are required to sign a waiver (those under 18 years old – require a parent/guardian present)
