Bogus Basin Seeking Employees for Winter 2024/25: Job Fair Scheduled For October 12th

Boise, Idaho – Bogus Basin has launched its hiring initiative for the 2024-25 winter season, aiming to fill 500 seasonal positions.

A job fair will take place on Saturday, October 12th, from 10:00 AM to 2:00 PM at the downtown sales office located at 2600 N. Bogus Basin Road. This event will provide prospective employees the opportunity to explore job openings, meet hiring managers, and learn about the benefits of joining the Bogus Basin team.

Employees enjoy various benefits, including an all-access winter season pass, free transportation to and from the mountain, and discounts on food, beverages, lessons, equipment rentals, and retail merchandise.

Available positions include lift operators, ticket sales associates, ski and snowboard instructors, rental shop technicians, and more. Additionally, Bogus Basin is seeking a full-time Snowmaking Manager for a year-round role.

About Bogus Basin Bogus Basin Mountain Recreation Area is a 501(C)(3) organization dedicated to engaging the community to provide accessible, affordable, and fun year-round mountain recreation and education. Opened in 1942, Bogus Basin offers 2,600 acres of daytime skiable terrain and 200 acres for night skiing, seven chairlifts and three people-mover carpets, and an 800-foot tubing hill. The Nordic Center offers 37 kilometers of groomed trails for skiing and snowshoeing. Environmental education and community outreach programs, primarily youth, serve over 20,000 individuals annually. Summer activities include The Glade Runner Mountain Coaster, The Mine Shaft Challenge Course, mountain biking, events, hiking and chairlift service for hike and bike transport.
