An Update On Season Pass Restrictions Through January 4th

Updated Season Pass Restrictions

When we say we’re doing everything we can to make winter happen, we mean it.

Bogus Basin is special because of the people who show up, and we want to ensure we’re serving the community that invests in their local mountain. Whether this is your first year or your 84th riding at Bogus Basin, we want to thank you for being a season pass holder and for supporting the Treasure Valley’s backyard mountain resource. It’s our season pass holders that keep this special place thriving.

With that in mind, we’re excited to announce that we temporarily adjusted access for Value, Midweek, Twilight, and Night Season Passes until we can offer more hours and terrain. Starting Monday, December 29th, these pass adjustments let you hit the slopes earlier and make the most of the season, even during this dry spell!

Temporarily adjusted season pass access is valid until Night Operations begin – Date currently tbd.

Welcoming back Night Season Pass Holders

We told you mid to late December, and here we are… Until we get Night Operations up and running, Night Season Pass holders are welcome back to the mountain to ride every day, from 12 pm to 4:30 pm.

Valid:
  • Daily, 12 pm to 4:30 pm, until Night Operations begin

10 pm closers take effect when Night Operations begin; at that time, your access will be restored to 6 pm to 10 pm nightly.

Adjusted Value Season Pass Access

We said this pass is packed with value, and we meant it! While we wait for the night operations to start, we are removing holiday restrictions from the Value Season Pass, allowing pass holders to ride from open to close through the Holiday Period, December 29th, 2025 – January 4th, 2026. Even better, following the Holiday Period, Value Season Pass holders have open-to-close access Monday through Friday and, temporarily, from 12 pm to 4:30 pm on weekends through March 8th until Night Operations begin.

Valid:
  • Open-To-Close Weekend January 3rd & 4th
  • Open-to-Close, through January 9th
  • Open-to-close Monday – Friday, beginning January 10th
  • Temporary 12 pm to 4:30 pm access on weekends beginning January 10th, until Night Operations begin

Normal Value Season Pass restrictions resume once Night Operations begin (date tbd): Open to close access Monday through Friday, and weekends from 3 pm to 10 pm through March 8th.

Adjusted Midweek Season Pass Access

Midweek Season Pass, we know you missed out on some of the days before your holiday blackout period started, so we are stoked to remove that restriction for the remainder of the holiday period! In addition, we are pleased to welcome Midweek Pass Holders to the mountain the weekend of January 3rd & 4th.

Valid:
  • Open to close, December 29th – January 4th, 2026
  • Not valid: January 19th & February 16th, 2026
  • Not valid: Weekends January 10th through the end of the 2025/26 winter season

Regular Midweek Season Pass access returns after January 4th, 2026.

Adjusted Twilight Season Pass Access

Last but not least, our Twilight Season Pass holders — we’ve been seeing you all roll in for those afternoon laps, getting your fill! As a thank you for remaining committed while we wait for night operations to start, your Twilight Season Pass now temporarily grants you access from 12 pm – 4:30 pm, until night operations begin!

Valid:
  • Daily, 12 pm to 4:30 pm, until Night Operations begin

10 pm closers take effect when Night Operations begin; at that time, your access will be restored to 3 pm to 10 pm nightly.
