61 Seasons Of Riding Under the Lights

Bogus Basin first lit up the slopes for night riding in 1964. Since then, we’ve expanded mountain terrain, added chairlifts, and installed new lights to improve the night riding experience.

Snowbrains visits your local mountain

Earlier this winter, SnowBrains shined a spotlight on night riding at Bogus Basin! They praised our welcoming local vibe, expansive terrain, and the magical “Secret Groom” up the Ridge Run at Twilight.

One of Bogus Basin’s biggest draws is its night skiing. Unlike most resorts, which shut down by 4 p.m., the mountain keeps lifts spinning until 10 p.m. That means on weekends, you can ski from 9 a.m. to 10 p.m. — a full 13 hours of skiing in a single day.”

Thanks for the feature, SnowBrains!

Twilight Season Pass holders racked up an impressive 223,869 laps this season, while Night Season Pass holders carved 69,851 laps under the stars. That’s a combined total of 343,477 nighttime laps during the 2024/25 winter season — way to go!

See You Next Season!

The Night Season Pass is an impossible deal to beat – ride from mid/late December through mid-March for just $99!

Interested in extending your season next winter? Check out the Twilight Season Pass, which grants daily access from 3 pm to close. Twilight Season Pass Holders enjoy mountain access from 3 pm to 4:30 pm in the early and late season.

If you’re ready to check out daytime riding, take a look at the Value Season Pass, introduced in 2023/24. Ride open to close in the early and late season, with a 3 pm arrival time on peak weekends and holidays with the Value Season Pass.

Don’t stop when the lights turn off – check out the Twilight and Value Season Passes for your next mountain adventure.
