Planned Operations for the Holiday Period
Thanks to the hard work of your entire mountain team, snowmaking, and Snow Secure, Bogus Basin invites the community to ski and snowboard on limited terrain seven days a week beginning Saturday, December 20th. The mountain team plans to expand terrain and activity offerings, including the Frontier Point Nordic & Snowshoe Trail System and Tubing Hill, as conditions allow.
After a solid snowmaking effort Wednesday night, The Snow Sorcerers expect to make snow again tonight and throughout the weekend, so long as cold temperatures hold. Please follow us on social media, and stay tuned for updates on our website.

Midweek Operations Begin
The Coach Chairlift and Easy Rider, Explorer, and Discovery conveyor lifts are open daily from 9 am to 4:30 pm beginning Saturday. The Downtown Sales Office is open daily from 8 am to 6 pm for season pass pickup during the holiday period.

Santa on the Mountain
Santa plans to make a special stop at Bogus Basin this Sunday, December 21st. Find him passing out candy canes and spreading cheer in the base area and on the Coach’s Corner run.
Public Bus Service Begins
Bogus Basin’s Bus Service to the mountain begins Monday, December 22nd. The bus runs on peak weekends and holidays throughout the season. A round-trip bus ride costs $10 cash.
Tubing Hill
We are prepared to operate the Tubing Hill as soon as it has enough coverage to safely open. The mountain operations team anticipates needing about 12-20 hours of snowmaking at 25º or less to open the winter activity.
Frontier Point Trail System
The Frontier Nordic & Snowshoe Trail System remains closed this weekend and will reopen when the trails have enough coverage.
