December 14, 2017 (BOISE, ID)– Bogus Basin announced operations for this upcoming weekend, including the Pepsi Gold Rush Tubing Hill, Frontier Point Nordic Lodge, and a non-lift served (hiking only) terrain park near the Deerpoint Chairlift #1. The JR Simplot Lodge will open for the first time this season, with limited food and beverage service available.
Bogus Basin Operating Schedule for the weekend of December 16-17:
The Simplot Lodge will be opened for limited food and beverage service from 10:00am-4:30pm.
Pepsi Gold Rush Tubing Hill Hours:
- Saturday, 12/16: 9:00am – last session to start at 4:30pm (tubing hill will close at 6:00pm)
- Sunday, 12/17: 9:00am – last session to start at 3:00pm (tubing hill will close at 4:30pm)

The Frontier Point Nordic Lodge will be open from 10:00am to 4:00pm for tickets and rental equipment. The Nordic Highway will be opened for limited skiing. For Nordic Center information, call: 208-332-5390 on Saturday and Sunday.
A non-lift served terrain park for intermediate to advanced skiers and snowboarders has been built near the Deerpoint Chairlift. Access is available by hiking, and is free of charge.
