All season pass holders are required to sign a seasonal agreement before their pass can be picked up or encoded. Signatures are required before season passes are encoded. Pass holders under 18 must have an agreement signed by their parent or guardian.

Please email pass@bogusbasin.org if you are unsure if your waiver has been signed. In that email, please provide First Name, Last Name, Date of Birth, and Phone Number.

If you are a minor trying to pick up your season pass and do not have a parent/guardian available to sign, an email with the electronic waiver can be sent to them. Otherwise a one-time “I Forgot My Pass” lift ticket is issued at the Simplot Lodge Ticket Office.
