Yes, for the 2025/26 Season, all guests are required to come pick up their season pass. We are installing a new point-of-sale (POS) system and database – learn more about that here.

We highly recommend picking up your season pass at the Downtown Sales Office. Waiting until the beginning of the season will likely result in long lines to pick up your season pass.
