The vast majority of season pass holders do not need to visit the downtown sale office or the ticket window to pick up their season pass for the 2025/26 Season. Returning guests can reload their season pass to their existing Access Card, or new season pass holders can use the QR code that is delivered in their confirmation email to redeem their Access Card at one of our Pick Up Boxes located at the mountain.

If you are purchasing a College, Military, or Family season pass, your season pass is subject to verification of qualifying documentation. This process must be completed in person before your season pass is activated. College Season Passes require annual verification, no exceptions. Military Season Pass verification does not need to be renewed once associated with your account. Family Season Pass verification lasts for multiple years.
