Yes, for the 2025/26 Season, all guests are required to come pick up their season pass. We are installing a new point-of-sale (POS) system and database – learn more about that in our current season pass guide.

We highly recommend picking up your season pass before or during summer at either the Downtown Sales Office or the Mountain Ticket Office. Waiting until the beginning of the season will likely result in long lines to pick up your season pass.
