Laura Minogue believes when we come to the mat, it’s an opportunity for exploration of breath, movement, and the mind-body-soul connection. Laura strives to provide a warm and inclusive space while focusing on intentions that are meaningful on and off the mat. A Certified Yoga Instructor since 2012, teaching predominantly in the vinyasa yoga style. Laura comes to each class prepared with a theme or series of poses; she also pays close attention to the energy level and experience of her students when establishing the pace and difficulty of the class. Laura offers modifications for poses to support students in having a safe, beneficial, and rewarding practice.
