Our Sustainability department is once again offering the popular FREE community gear repair event. When your current gear has issues, it can be tempting to just buy something new especially with the convenience of online shopping. Oftentimes these issues can be quickly and easily fixed, getting your equipment back to its high performing state and you back on the snow. Extending the life of your gear also makes a positive impact on our environment. Just wearing clothing for an additional 9 months can reduce your clothing carbon, waste and water footprints by around 20-30%.
So bring us your damaged gear, get it repaired, and learn from our expert repair clinicians!
Repair Services Offered:
- Jacket, pant, and glove tear repair – From small pinholes to blown-out seams, we can fix it all
- Jacket and pant zipper repair
- Backpack buckle replacement
- Shoe sole re-gluing
- Ski Basket Replacement
- Ski/Board Waxing Demo
If your item is unable to be repaired during this event, we’ll provide resources for local businesses and organizations that can make the repair for you.
