Guided Snowshoe Tours

New for the 2022 winter, this was a very popular offering for a small fee which included snowshoe rental, a guided educational tour, and basic instruction.

Bogus Basin Overnight Experience

A pilot program with the Boise School District took place spring of 2019. Over 60 sixth grade students from a Title One school had a hands on science experience on the mountain, including a one night stay in the Pioneer Lodge. All costs were covered by a generous grant from the Idaho STEM Action Center. This program will continue with the Boise School District when school field trips resume. This program is working to come back after a break due to COVID.

School Nights/Learn to Ski

Positively influencing children to choose healthy, family-oriented activities – including rentals, day tickets, lessons, and transportation at a highly discounted rate.  Approximately 5,000 student lessons were given in the winter of 2021/2022.  Students represented 100 school groups and were provided approximately $7,000 in scholarships from Bogus Basin.
